 The Sp.L.D.wheel for Specific Learning Difficulties

 

  • The Inner Wheel – there are a series of support packages which are common to all SpLD.
  • Thereafter, the indicators of the various SpLD (the difficulties) are detailed and, in many cases, may be used as active check lists by teachers. The final part of the wheel provides the detailed support strategies for each SpLD. You will find that within each SpLD there are many support strategies which are common to other SpLD. This is due to the co-morbity (co-existence) between SpLD.
